Still no live streaming

While I was in the Philippines 3 weeks ago I got an email from Elgato stating that they found the problem that I've been having with my Elgato stream deck and streamlabs obs not talking to each other and they submitted the finding to streamlabs obs company for further investigation and possibly a hotfix as of today I still don't have a hotfix and nor can I stream properly using the Elgato stream deck and streamlabs obs. On the plus side I am going to upload new Philippine videos of my trip this Thursday night.
